About the Web Edition of the
NULSA Cookbook
The recipes for the printed editon were collected from
library staff in 1991 and printed in 1992. Since then, some
staff members and some library departments have changed names.
Some staff members have transferred from one department to another.
These changes are reflected in this web version. It the case
of contributors who no longer work at NU Library, their departments
are listed as they appeared in the printed edition, even if
those departments no longer exist, e.g. Acquisitions.
