The Library welcomes DeAun Green as Information Commons Coordinator

On April 25, DeAun Green joined the Reference Department as the new Information Commons Coordinator.

DeAun has a bachelors of science in organizational behavior management from Miami University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in library and information science from Dominican University. Her background is in human resources, and she has experience in both the corporate and consulting sectors. Her previous positions at Kraft Foods and Watson Wyatt Worldwide provided her with the opportunity to tour food manufacturing plants and occasionally travel to international destinations.

While DeAun did not grow up in Chicago, she has successfully survived the past six winters in this windy climate. In her spare time, DeAun enjoys traveling, especially to warmer places, cooking for friends, and seeing plays.
