Reserving Rooms and Equipment in Meeting Maker

You can use Meeting Maker to reserve a laptop, a projector, or the Library Staff Training Room in 2East by inviting it to a meeting or new activity as a guest. You would do this the same way as you would schedule a meeting room; by inviting the room to the meeting or activity.

In Meeting Maker

  1. From the File Menu choose New Activity/Meeting...
  2. Specify desired meeting title and schedule.
  3. Click on the Guest tab.
  4. Click on the Edit List button.
  5. Choose Resources from the drop down menu.
  6. Scroll down to the desired room or resource.
  7. Click on the Required >> button.
  8. Click on Create Meeting button.
