Five laptops are available for loan to all library staff.
Standard library staff software is installed on each laptop. In addition, each PC has an internal modem, an ethernet network card and a wireless card. In Meeting Maker these resources are identified by the following names:
Laptop Blue (2208)
Laptop Purple (2008)
Laptop Red (2008)
Laptop XP Green
Laptop XP Yellow
Usage: This equipment is intended for use by LIBRARY STAFF ONLY for official library business.
Reserving the Laptops: To borrow one of these laptops, you must scedule it in Meeting Meeting, according to these instructions.
Loan Period and Frequency: The maximum number of days a staff member can borrow a laptop is six. The maximum number of times within a 30 day period a staff member can borrow a laptop is two.
