Frequently asked questions lists (FAQs) are available for the following subjects and applications.

• Dreamweaver
• Internet Explorer

These lists are intended to answer questions LITSS is asked frequently by library staff,

• via the Virtual Help Desk
• by phone
• in the hall
• via e-mail, etc.
