The Virtual Help Desk service is the single point of contact for library
staff to request support from the library's Information Technology Division.
The Virtual Help Desk provides two support functions for library staff:
1) immediate problem resolution for Priority 1
situations, and 2) the recording, assigning and tracking of work requests
and questions.
LITSS Standard Support Schedule
Our hours of regular support are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm . During these hours a LITSS staff member will be available and responsive to problems and requests. During these hours we actively monitor problems submitted to the Virtual Helpdesk via the website or the Virtual Help Desk Phone: (874) 491-8385
After-Hours
